There's nothing better than having a set routine, but why not change it up when you start to get bored
If you're tired of the consistency from the powder and water, think about adding milk! Regular milk, soy milk, coconut milk, or even just mix water with milk. This gives you a healthy alternative and makes your shake much more enjoyable.
After having the same shake everyday, think about adding something in to change up the taste. While peanut butter is a go to add-in, think about trying almond butter for a similar taste and better health qualities. Many people also try greek yogurt, frozen fruit, hemp seed, etc. Get created and drink what you want!
Often times you are comfortable with the same brand day in and day out...Why not switch it up and go for a different company and see if you can really taste the difference. This will allow you to feel like you are starting something new, and could make your workout that much better.
Not only does it taste great, but it's great for you. Try adding some fresh fruit and vegetables to your favorite protein powder. This will no only give you a delicious drink, but be extremely beneficial to your nutrition.
You usually have your shake right after your workout to get the most out of it. But think about changing up that routine to see if you feel any different or benefit from it more at a later time. Try having it before bed, when you wake up in the morning, or as a breakfast replacement. You never know how it could change your day.
