The home owner's daughter, who is now 76-years-old explained that the home was willed to a local church when the owner passed away but now the daughter and the church have been in a dispute over who would receive the land.
As you can see, she left all the belongings in the house for over 30 years. It is unclear as to why none of the items were removed or why nobody kept them.

This piano is one of the best pieces in the home. It is nearly perfect.
Along the tables and shelves there are several of these vintage products and labels.
This fully-stocked record player takes us back to a time before steaming music, CDs or even cassettes.
The kitchen has a lot of charming details to it. Even with the worn stove and vintage kitchen utensils, you can sense the life that once filled this room.
There are many rare valuables all over the house including this fine silver collection. If sold, items like these could raise a small fortune for the daughter.
They say you can tell a lot about a person by their medicine cabinet. Many other suburban homes of the era were probably stocked up just like this.
